Who We Are: The Architects of the New Kenya
Wajibu is not a political party: It’s a wake-up call.

It’s the sound of a country that has been pushed too far, standing up to say “enough.” It’s a movement of ordinary people — the ones who’ve built this nation brick by brick, meal by meal, yet have never been invited to the table. We are the forgotten majority. From Generation Zote to the mothers and fathers who kept Kenya running through every storm, we are taking back what has always been ours — the right to decide our own future. We are powered by something simple and unstoppable: belief. Belief that the Constitution is not a suggestion. Belief that leadership is not a favor. Belief that our power does not begin and end at the ballot box — it lives in us, every day, everywhere.

We Are Every Kenyan.

Wajibu is every Kenyan who has ever been told to wait their turn, to keep quiet, to accept things as they are. We are the hands that feed the nation, the feet that move it, and the hearts that never stopped believing in it — even when it forgot us. We are the farmers who till the land but can’t afford the food we grow. We are the teachers who build nations and go home hungry. We are the riders, traders, students, and dreamers. We are the nurses who hold the dying, and the police officers who stand in the rain. We are the tech kids who build apps nobody funds, the artists who speak truth and get mocked for it, the cleaners who start the day before dawn and end it long after dark. We are not faceless. We are not voiceless. We are the story of Kenya — just untold for too long.

Our Resolve

We are done asking. We are rebuilding. We’ve voted, marched, shouted, begged — and still watched the same circle repeat itself. So this time, we are doing it differently. We will not choose between thieves and liars. We will not be divided by tribe, gender, or title. We are not voting for saviors — we are hiring servants. And we are drawing the line. If you want to lead us, you will sign our contract. If you want our trust, you will earn it. If you fail us, you will step down. This time, the people are the system.

Our Plan

  1. We Write The Kenyan Social Contract, A single people’s agenda that every leader must adopt. (#AdoptOrStepAside)
  2. We Vet the Applicants No hiding, no spin — integrity first, or don’t bother. (#EarnOurTrust)
  3. We Hire the Best One ballot. One agenda. One Kenya. (#OneBallotOneAgenda)
  4. We Manage Performance Quarterly public scorecards, visible to all. Leadership is not a reward — it’s a job. (#DeliverOrStepDown)
  5. We Staff the Government By skill, not tribe. Because Kenya doesn’t lack talent — it lacks a fair chance. (#SkillsNotTribes)
