Our Objectives

Roadmap Objective 1
Establish The Kenyan Social Contract.

For decades, Kenya’s political agenda has been set from the top down—written by politicians, for politicians. This has resulted in hundreds of duplicate, confusing manifestos that serve as broken promises, fueling tribal competition and short-term thinking. We are flipping the script. This objective is dedicated to building The Kenyan Social Contract: a unified, non-partisan, and people-driven policy framework that will serve as the nation’s definitive governance mandate. We are crowd-sourcing ideas, priorities, and solutions directly from wananchi in every ward and county to create one national agenda. This is not a political manifesto. It is a social contract. Its power comes from its origin: it is written by the people, for the people, and is designed to last beyond any single regime, election, or personality.

How We Will Do This:

  1. The Listen: Through digital platforms and grassroots town halls, we will collect the policy demands of Kenyans from all walks of life, categorizing them into clear pillars like Economic Revival, Social Services, and Governance.
  2. The Consolidation: We will synthesize this data into a clear, actionable document—The Kenyan Social Contract. This document will be publicly validated and represent the collective will of the nation
  3. The Accountability: We will launch the #AdoptOrStepAside campaign, challenging every political candidate and party to publicly endorse this Contract. We will then track their performance against it, providing citizens with a definitive scorecard for accountability.

This objective moves us from fragmented protest to consolidated power. It provides the clear, issue-based target that will force ideology and policy to the forefront of Kenyan politics, making tribal or personality-based campaigns irrelevant. Success looks like: One agenda, one standard, and a nation of leaders who are finally accountable to the people they serve.

Roadmap Objective 2
The People’s Vetting Process — #EarnOurTrust.

The Kenyan Social Contract sets the non-negotiable agenda. Now, we must choose the leaders who will deliver it. Traditional parties vet candidates for loyalty, wealth, and tribal influence. This system has delivered leaders who are accountable to their patrons, not their constituents. We are breaking the gatekeeping. This objective establishes a public, transparent vetting process where aspiring leaders must present their credentials directly to the people. This is the practical application of #AdoptOrStepAside: a forum for accountability, designed to separate genuine servants from opportunistic pretenders.

How The Vetting Works:

Aspiring leaders who wish to be recognized as people-centric candidates are invited to voluntarily submit themselves to a public review. The first and foundational step is to publicly ADOPT the Kenyan Social Contract.
The process includes:

  1. Formal Adoption: Publicly and unequivocally endorse The Kenyan Social Contract as their core governing mandate.
  2. Public Profile & Scrutiny: Submit to a transparent review of their:
    • Integrity: History, public service, and background
    • Track Record: Verifiable evidence of past work and achievements in their community.
    • Policy Vision: A specific plan for their constituency, directly addressing the pillars of the Social Contract.
  3. The Public Forum: Face the people in live, recorded town halls within their ward or constituency to answer direct, unscripted questions from citizens.
  4. The Mandate: This process makes the choice for every aspirant clear. They can ADOPT the people’s agenda and submit to their scrutiny, or they should STEP ASIDE..

This Process Achieves Three Things:
  • For Citizens: It provides a clear, standardized way to assess who is truly qualified and committed, cutting through the noise of empty campaign rhetoric.
  • For Aspirants: It offers a platform for credible candidates to build a profile based on merit, not money. It separates those who are serious about service from those who are only serious about power.
  • For the Movement: It enforces the #AdoptOrStepAside principle, creating an undeniable incentive for all candidates to align with the people’s agenda.

Our Promise: We will not tell you who to vote for. We will provide the tools and the platform to separate those who have adopted the people’s mandate from those who have not. We will make it clear who has earned the right to lead and who should step aside.

Success looks like: A new political culture where a candidate’s legitimacy is earned by adopting a public mandate and passing the people’s test of character and competence.

Roadmap Objective 3
Mobilize the Sovereign Vote — #OneBallotOneAgenda

The Contract is set. The leaders have been vetted. Now, we mobilize to finish the job. Objective 3 is the final phase: translating the people’s mandate into political power at the ballot box. We will rally Kenyans behind a single, powerful idea: vote for the leader, not the manifesto. The manifesto is already written. It is non-negotiable. This election is not a choice between 600 different promises; it is a hiring process for the best person to deliver the one agenda we have all agreed upon.

Our Strategy: The Sovereign Vote

We will educate, mobilize, and empower voters to make the most informed decision of a generation:

  1. The Voter’s Toolkit: We provide every citizen with a simple, clear guide based on our vetting process:
    • This candidate has ADOPTED The Kenyan Social Contract
    • This candidate has passed the People’s Vetting and #EarnedOurTrust.
    • This candidate has refused to adopt the Contract or failed the public scrutiny.
  2. #OneBallotOneAgenda Mobilization: A nationwide campaign driving a single message: “No matter the seat—President, Governor, MP, or MCA—we are all voting for the same agenda. Vote for the candidate committed to delivering our contract.”
  3. Beyond the Winner: Our work does not end on election day. Every elected leader, regardless of party, will be held to the same standard. The Contract is our permanent scorecard.
    • For those who ADOPTED and won, we will be their support base.
    • For those who won without adopting, we will be their most vigilant opposition.
    • For those who refused to adopt, the message remains: STEP ASIDE—you do not have a mandate to govern outside the people’s will

This is how we break the cycle
  • No More Confusion: One agenda simplifies the voter’s choice.
  • No More Empty Promises: The Contract is the measurable benchmark for performance
  • Power Finally Flows Upwards: The electorate becomes the single source of power and authority.

Our Promise: We will mobilize the sovereign power of the Kenyan people to elect a cohort of leaders who have already agreed to our terms. We will make it politically impossible to ignore The Kenyan Social Contract.

Success looks like: A government, at every level, populated by leaders who have publicly committed to the same people-driven agenda, creating an unprecedented mandate for unified, issue-based governance

Roadmap Objective 4
Enforce the Contract — #DeliverOrStepDown

The Contract is set. The leaders have been vetted. Now, we mobilize to finish the job. The people have spoken. The leaders have been hired. Now, we become the bosses. Voting is not the end of our duty; it is the beginning of our oversight. Objective 4 establishes a permanent, transparent system of citizen-led accountability to ensure The Kenyan Social Contract is delivered, not just promised. We will move from episodic election-year excitement to continuous governance, tracking every leader from the State House to the County Assembly against the one agenda they all pledged to uphold.

Our Enforcement Mechanism

  1. The Public Scorecard: We will maintain a live, publicly accessible Delivery Scoreboard for every elected leader. Their performance will be measured quarterly against specific, measurable KPIs derived directly from The Kenyan Social Contract.
    • On Track: Delivering as promised
    • Needs Improvement: Progress is slow or unclear.
    • Failing: Stalled or broken promises.
  2. Quarterly Public Appraisals: We will host town halls and publish detailed report cards, giving leaders a platform to account for their progress and citizens a platform to demand answers
  3. No Hiding, No Excuses: The Scoreboard is universal. It covers the President, Governors, MPs, MCAs—all leaders are measured by the same standard.
  4. The Final Accountability: Leaders can DELIVER on the people’s mandate, or they must STEP DOWN. The #DeliverOrStepDown campaign is the logical, final consequence of the #AdoptOrStepAside principle that began their journey.

This is How We Break the Cycle of Impunity:
  • From Promise to Performance: Shifts the political conversation from what was promised to what is being delivered.
  • Creates Consequences: For the first time, there is a structured, public, undeniable record of failure that can trigger recall initiatives, protests, and loss of legitimacy.
  • Empowers Continuous Engagement: Keeps citizens engaged and powerful between election cycles.

Our Promise: We will be the people’s audit office. We will provide the tools, the data, and the platform to ensure that every leader is constantly reminded of their contract with the people

Success looks like: A government that operates with the constant, productive pressure of an informed citizenry.

Roadmap Objective 5
The Meritocracy Pact — #SkillsNotTribes

Electing the right leaders is only half the battle. To truly deliver, they need a team of the most competent, ethical, and patriotic Kenyans—not a reward list for political loyalists. For decades, key appointments have been based on tribe, political debt, and “shareholding” in the election victory. This has led to bloated, incompetent, and corrupt bureaucracies that fail the people daily. We are ending the auction of our government. This objective establishes a National Skills and Integrity Database—a non-partisan, publicly vetted pool of Kenya’s top professionals, ready to serve. We will provide every elected leader who has adopted The Kenyan Social Contract with direct access to qualified candidates for every critical role.

How the Meritocracy Pact Works:

  1. The National Call: We invite professionals from every field to register in the database. They will undergo a rigorous public vetting process of their credentials, track record, and integrity.
  2. The Public Profile: Each expert’s profile—their skills, experience, and vision for public service—is made public.
  3. The Mandate for Appointees: Just like elected leaders, those in the database must publicly ADOPT the principles of The Kenyan Social Contract.
  4. The Pressure Tool: We publicly challenge every elected leader to draw from this pool. Appointing an unvetted crony becomes a blatant act of betrayal against the people’s mandate.

This Process Achieves Three Things
  • For Leaders: It removes the pressure of tribal balancing and political rewards, empowering them to build a competent government that can deliver.
  • For Professionals: It creates a legitimate, transparent pathway for patriotic Kenyans to serve their country..
  • For Citizens: It ensures the government machinery is focused on one goal: delivering the people’s contract.

Our Promise: We will build the most credible talent pipeline in Kenya’s history. We will make it politically impossible to appoint a corrupt or incompetent individual by always providing a better alternative.

Success looks like: A government where appointments are celebrated for competence, questioned only on performance, and never again decided in tribal boardrooms.
